Conditions of Hire
Conditions of Hire The rent is paid in advance. During high season a deposit of 600sek is paid when booking and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. During low season no deposit is required but the total rent is expected to be paid 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date or else by agreement.
During high-season cancellations should be made at least 30 days prior to the agreed day of arrival. We to cover administration retain a cancellation fee of 250 sek. No reimbursement is given for cancellations later than this unless the cottage can be re-let. To avoid unnecessary cancellation costs, due to unforseen circumstances, illness etc; a cancellation indemnity can be purchased for a fee of 300 SEK per cottage.
The fee for the cancellation indemnity will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
During low season no cancellation charges is usually made, except an administration-fee of 100 SEK for reimbursement. Please don’t forget to inform us if you are unable to come.
It is not permitted to transfer the hire of a cottage to anyone else without our permission.
During the high season is hiring primarily weekly. It is also possible to book for shorter periods – minimum 3 nights with arrival earliest at 15:00 and departure at the latest. 11.00 . At special times like Christmas and New Year other periods are possible.
During low-season there is no minimum hire period and the cottages may be hired on a daily basis and agreement can be reached about other arrival and departure times than those given above.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival and Departure Reception is open at following hours:
Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
Saturday and Sunday closed
If you expect to arrive after Reception has closed or on a later date than you have booked, please inform us in advance (Tel. +46 248 107 65) or else ring the number which is written up at the entrance of the Reception.
Please note that we do not have an all-night service.
The cottages are checked on departure. Reception should, if possible, be informed of the intended time of departure the day before. Our guests are normally held responsible for the cleaning and care of the cottages and are expected to leave them in a condition that they would like to find them in when they next visit us.

Road 70 or 80 from south: Coming from LEKSAND/ FALUN (from Falun turn right into road 70, 2,5 km before Rättvik) follow road 70. Just before the centre of Rättvik, quite near Lake Siljan, turn right at the signs that says CENTRUM and RÄTTVIKSPARKEN. Drive about 150 m go through the crossing keeping right into the road “Slalomvägen”, follow signs to “Fyrklöverns Stugby” after 1 km turn left on to “Vålsvedsvägen”. After about 250 m you will see FYRKLÖVERN with it’s big receptionbuilding on the right side.
Road 45 from south: When you come to MORA,(from MALUNG) you drive thru the whole town. Follow signs to Rättvik-Gävle-Enköping, on road 70. When you reach Rättvik (37 km from Mora) you will pass a “Circle K”; gas-station on the left side, drive about 100 m and then turn left to Furudal – Edsbyn – Rättviksparken, follow the street “Centralgatan” 1.5 km. Just after passing “Rättviksparken’s” main entrence turn right at the road “Vålsvedsvägen” (at the crossing is a info.sign with symbols: for ski-slope, hotel and cabins). After less than 1 km you will see FYRKLÖVERN with it’s big receptionbuilding on the left side.
Road 45 from north: Coming from Orsa you will hit road 70 just outside Mora. Turn left and follow signs to Rättvik-Gävle-Enköping, on road 70. When you reach Rättvik (37 km from Mora) you will pass a “Cirkel K” gas-station on the left side, drive about 100 m and then turn left to Furudal – Edsbyn – Rättviksparken, follow the street “Centralgatan” 1.5 km. Road 301 (296) from north: Coming from FURUDAL follow the road 301. Just before entering Rättvik (37 km from Furudal) you will pass a industrial area on the right. After less than 1 km you will see FYRKLÖVERN with it’s big receptionbuilding on the left side.
