Conditions of Hire The rent is paid in advance. During high season a deposit of 600sek is paid when booking and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. During low season no deposit is required but the total rent is expected to be paid 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date or else by agreement.

During high-season cancellations should be made at least 30 days prior to the agreed day of arrival. We to cover administration retain a cancellation fee of 250 sek. No reimbursement is given for cancellations later than this unless the cottage can be re-let. To avoid unnecessary cancellation costs, due to unforseen circumstances, illness etc; a cancellation indemnity can be purchased for a fee of 300 SEK per cottage. 
The fee for the cancellation indemnity will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

During low season no cancellation charges is usually made, except an administration-fee of 100 SEK for reimbursement. Please don’t forget to inform us if you are unable to come.

It is not permitted to transfer the hire of a cottage to anyone else without our permission.

During the high season is hiring primarily weekly. It is also possible to book for shorter periods – minimum 3 nights with arrival earliest at 15:00 and departure at the latest. 11.00 . At special times like Christmas and New Year other periods are possible.

During low-season there is no minimum hire period and the cottages may be hired on a daily basis and agreement can be reached about other arrival and departure times than those given above.

Low season following weeks: v 2 – v 7, v10- v17, v19 – v24, v33 – v39, v41 – v50. (Spring & Autumn markets count as high season)

What are my obligations as a guest?

You yourself are responsible for all damages that occur to the property and its fixtures, as a result of you or someone in your party being careless. You are obliged to comply with the regulations regarding smoking and no pets for your cabin. Violations of regulations on smoking and pet bans result in clean-up costs from SEK 4,000.

You may not use the rental object for anything other than what was agreed upon at the time of booking and you may not let more people stay overnight in the cabin/room than you stated at the time of booking.

And don’t sublease either. The agreement ceases to apply with immediate effect if:
• You or someone in your party behaves in a disruptive manner at the facility.
• You, someone or an animal in your company commits damage in the rental object or on the facility.
• The accommodation is used for an unintended purpose.

If the agreement ceases to apply due to in the above-mentioned case, you and your party must immediately move from the facility and you are not entitled to recover any part of the rental amount.

If you leave the cabin uncleaned, we will invoice you a sum of SEK 1,500

Arrival and Departure

The reception is open:

Monday –Tuesday at 9:00 – 17:00
Wednesday at 9:00 – 15:30
Thursday – Friday at 9:00 – 17:00

CLOSED Saturday – Sunday and public holidays.

Check-in information via code lock
On the day of arrival at 2:00 p.m., you will receive an SMS with a code for the key box which is located by the cabin, next to the front door.

In it is a key that your party will have at their disposal during your stay. You can check in at 15:00 at the earliest. On departure, the check-out is at 11:00 at the latest. And the key must be left in the key box at your cabin so the next guest can enter. Remember to change the code after inserting the key so that no one else can take it out.

At 11:00 we start inspecting and cleaning the cabins and we then check that the key is in place for the next guest’s arrival.

A lost key is charged with SEK 1,200.

Remember that we use the mobile number on which the cabin is booked. If you have not changed the number afterwards or left your phone at home, it may happen that you do not receive the information that we sent you.

As a rule, our guests are responsible for cleaning etc. themselves and are expected to leave the cabin as clean and pleasant as they wish to find it on their next visit.

ATTENTION! Do we find the cabin uncleaned when you should have done it yourself. Then we will invoice you a sum of SEK 1,500.

In the event of an inspection from us, we should only be able to replenish consumables in the cabin. There are information sheets in the cabin where they say what should be done during a cleaning.
